Inspiration - Colour and Pattern

This is Burj Khalifa park by SWA group architects in Abu Dabi, not usually interested in this area as I find it way to manufactured but this I really like the shapes and colours. The scheme reflects the feeling I would like the create.

More inspiration!!! Hockney

After a trip to see the David Hockney exhibition this was one of my favorite Images of the day -
Beautiful colours

Just some inspiration

Oslo opera house roof - A roof you walk all over - Nice concept -  Just a nice simple detail on some grey/white Granite.

Elwood foreshore - Decking precedent

Puerto Malpica - Spain
A really really nice hand rail detail - I love the change in angle - Really simple but lovely

Mandela park- Netherlands - Shows a way on transferring design lines on to the hard surfaces - I wanted to keep some of the lines of the design but not actually picking up on them with planting or structures etc, I like!!

Nearly finished 1-200

Fairly happy with this, enjoyed working through the stepped area, it allowed me to really think about levels and what the change in height means to the beach. As pointed out by Julia my planting needs to more substantial without pointed corners, not sure how ill work that out yet! Look at some inspiration.

Bread!!!!

A successful day of baking, 6 rolls, one white loaf and one wholemeal loaf.
